Introduction
This is not a million dollar company. There are no investors or team of researchers. It’s just little ol’ me, with the support and encouragement of my wife and son, seeking out the facts before I implement family changes; I do my best to ensure that the impact we make is the most positive one available to us.
This project has been a labor of love that was four years in the making and it finally came to life on July 2, 2009! Our pages will continue to blossom with our opinions, product reviews, handy tips and ideas, research/findings, life experiences, and product and service suggestions (coming soon–videos!). Oh, and yummy recipes! (Now, I am not a trained chef [heck, I rarely follow recipes!], but I am a pretty-darn-good cook and I just love to share yummy and healthful converted recipes with anyone who would like to try them!)
If you are looking to live a more sustainable life, I will do my best to save you time, money, and personal energy by sharing my findings with you. I offer ideas for small changes with the good, better, best options … you decide where you can jump in!
